Sydney Academy Of Chess: Online system, introduction
We are very pleased to introduce you to our on-line chess system, the most advanced on-line chess service available
in Australia.
Here, our registered members will be able to play chess games on-line against people from all over the world, 24 hours a day, and you'll choose the time limit and
the time increments: 5 minutes, 10, 12, 1... you name it! and you can have time increments (in seconds) after
every move that you make.
The Sydney Academy Of Chess has enabled a special room where we'll also run tournaments and matches for our members only. More
about this later.
At present we offer two different options: you can play as a registered user or as a guest. However, very soon the option
to play as a guest will be disabled.
What's the difference between playing as a registered user and a guest?
- When you play as a registered user, your games will be RATED and you rating will be SAVED. If you play as a guest instead, your games are rated until you log off. Next time you log in, your rating will be gone.
- Registered Users have access to the Sydney Academy Room where we will be running tournaments and matches.
Any of our students can register on our site, but also anyone who is a friend of the Sydney Academy Of Chess (Such as our student parents, teachers, our coaches, etc.).
